Shipping

Orders go to our suppliers within one business day, and delivery takes 5–8 business days from there. You'll get tracking by email when the label is created; give it 24 hours to start moving before assuming the worst.

We'll be straight with you: we don't hold inventory ourselves. Suppliers ship on our behalf, which keeps prices where they are. If an item's timeline ever differs from the above, it says so on the product page, not in fine print after checkout.

Free shipping on orders over $50. Below that, the rate you see at checkout is the rate; there is no coupon hiding in an exit popup.

We currently ship to US addresses only.

Returns

30 days, from delivery. If the mat wrinkles, the tool breaks, or it's simply not what you hoped, send it back.

• Defective or not as described: we pay return shipping and refund in full, or replace it. Photos help us fix the listing for the next person.
• Changed your mind: no hard feelings. Item goes back unused in its packaging; you cover return shipping.

Refunds land on the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Start any return from the contact page with your order number. You'll be talking to the owner, not a ticket queue.
