Verdict

Why

Two marks per shot: distance to the hole and the lie. At home the Baseline Card turns each pair into expected strokes, and the arithmetic for strokes gained fits in the bottom half of each cell. Four totals: tee, approach, short, putting.

Caveat

The baseline is an average golfer in the 10 to 19 band, built from public data and printed with its sources. It is a ruler, not a verdict.
